Amborella Floral is a popular floral delivery company in Calgary, Alberta. They are known for their beautiful flowers and attention to detail. Their Grinchie trees and seasonal products are also all the rage during the holidays.
In November 2019, Amborella hired Your Digital Presence to maintain their website due to high volume and inconsistent problems with the current development of the website. We maintained the backups and updates in the backend and implemented some changes to mitigate any issues with ordering. The issues in the checkout process became minimal and customers enjoyed a smoother website experience.
In March 2020, COVID-19 became a huge problem in Canada, especially for small businesses and retailers. Amborella Floral started to experience huge volumes of orders and we realized a need to redevelop the website entirely to ensure a better process for both staff and customers. The project was launched with the launch of their holiday products in November 2020. The website is now responsive to all devices, is much faster, and has a completely updated design.
We have been working with Laura for a few months now and are BLOWN AWAY at the level of care and attention she provides for our website and other tech related tasks. Laura is very knowledgeable, thorough, prompt, and pleasant to work with. We’ve loved having her on our team!
